Full Description:

The Winning Edge Leadership programme develops the thinking and emotional skills that make Leaders effective. It shows how you can use your existing knowledge and ability to best effect in all areas of your life. It reveals the vital relationship between thinking and results and explores the route to personal fulfillment, achievement and success both at work and at home. In short, The Winning Edge Leadership Programme is about getting the best out of your role as a leader by getting the best out of yourself. We will be answering some fundamental questions like these: How do you define success? Given equal intelligence and opportunity, why are some people better leaders than others? How does the sub-conscious mind influence your achievement? What does having a choice really mean? Does your success depend on other people? How do you release your untapped potential? How do you get more willing cooperation from those around you? What does this tell you about understanding your own and other people’s motivations? The Winning Edge programme has a successful track record spanning over twenty-five years. Clients include BT, B&Q, DEFRA, Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals, Friends Provident, GAP, Logica, MITIE Engineering, Royal Bank of Scotland, Screwfix, Swinton Colonnade and Shell UK.
