Appraisal Interviewing
When used effectively the appraisal process can make a strong contribution to the successful operation and growth of any organisation. This course aims to dispell the fears that inexperienced managers may have in appraising their staff.
Note: this is a web delivered course.
Any Supervisor or Manager who has not been previously involved with an appraisal process. This is a live web delivered course, so access to broadband and a land line phone is required. There is no geographical limit to where this can be delivered, so we can provied training on several site at the same time

- have practised the key skills of questioning, listening and summarising
- know how to prepare for, carry out, and follow up the appraisal interview
