Using the Desktop, we help you understanding such items as the Taskbar, the Start Menu, the Minimise/Maximise buttons and how to close documents and files safely.
Our Workshops include a variety of courses including:
- Keyboard and typing tips
- Using the mouse to point, click and double click
- Copying and pasting of text or files
- Creating shortcuts on the desktop
- Saving and retrieving files
